Happy Monday! Hope everyone had a good weekend! While I intended to buckle down and do 'housekeeping' items all weekend, I ended up treating myself on Saturday to a fun day-date with a girlfriend, which included a trip up to the Cloisters (a must see) and a lovely brunch at Iris Cafe in Brooklyn Heights (the avocado toast is delicious)!

I don't know about you guys but I love a good moto jacket and just can't seem to get enough of them-- something about the cut and edgy style that I just love. In this case, I paired this moto jacket (really reasonable price at Nordstrom) with a feminine look to water down the 'edginess' as I only really like doses of it :) Underneath is a fabulous long sleeve dress from BCBGeneration that served as my go-to holiday dress this season. Wore it to both my and my boyfriend's company holiday party-- posted a pic here! Was comfortable and warm while still being festive and sexy. What more could you want?
